Eligibility & insurance
Approved contractors must keep the required insurance and compliance documents current before receiving ADM work.
Settlement cycle
Eligible mowing settlements are reviewed on a 14-day cycle. Network Equity™ is handled separately under its own rules and is not guaranteed income.
Be your own boss
Set the days and hours you are available, choose the Suburbs you want to service, and decide which suitable ADM job opportunities fit your schedule. You remain responsible for running your own business, equipment, costs and availability. Work, bookings and earnings are not guaranteed.
How the ADM contractor model works
There is no fee to submit this application. It is an expression of interest only. It does not create a contractor or Suburb Service Licence agreement, allocate a Suburb, guarantee work, or start any ADM charge.
No Monthly Suburb Licence Fee until 3 paying customers
The Monthly Suburb Licence Fee for a Licensed Suburb does not start until that Suburb has 3 distinct paying ADM customers — each must have completed and fully paid at least one ADM service. The pre-threshold licence fee is not back-billed.
Fees that still apply from the start
- Platform fee: $2 ex GST per completed paid job.
- ADM percentage fee: 10% of eligible ADM turnover.
Licence fee after the threshold is reached
- Suburb Service Licence: from $50 ex GST per month for each Licensed Suburb, or another amount agreed in writing for that Suburb.
Before you commit, the final agreement and required disclosures must clearly set out the exact fees, GST treatment, the 3-paying-customer licence-fee commencement rule, the term, renewal and cancellation rules, and any other material costs.
Suburb licence: ADM may appoint one exclusive primary ADM contractor for a Licensed Suburb within the ADM network, subject to the final agreement and operational rules. This does not prevent unrelated businesses competing in that Suburb and does not guarantee leads, bookings or earnings.
Network Equity™: this is a separate conditional contractor reward. It is not shares, ownership, an investment, a deposit or a guaranteed payment. The current basis is 15% of a qualifying referral reward reaching the original Shoot (customer). Available credits first offset eligible ADM invoices; only eligible surplus may be considered for quarterly payout under the applicable rules.
Your flexibility: you choose when you make yourself available and which approved Suburbs you want to service. If you accept a job, you are expected to complete the agreed service or follow the platform process if circumstances change.
