1. ADM customer service model

Aussie Discount Mowing (ADM) is a lawn-mowing service platform that connects customers with local mowing contractors and supports quoting, booking, scheduling, payment, service records and optional referral benefits. The mowing service is the primary product. A customer may use ADM without participating in the referral program. A request for a quote does not require you to purchase a service. Before a service is agreed, the final quote must identify the supplier, describe the work included, show the total payable and provide the applicable customer terms for review.

2

2. One-off and regular mowing choices

Customers may request either a one-off mow or regular mowing. For regular mowing, the customer may request a preferred frequency such as weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, or ADM's seasonal schedule. The seasonal schedule is a recommendation only: every 2 weeks from September to April and monthly from May to August, returning to every 2 weeks in September. A selected frequency records the customer's preference and may be included in the quote and service record. Submitting an initial request, or accepting a single service quote, does not by itself create or activate an automatic ongoing series of future services. Any recurring-service arrangement must be separately confirmed under the applicable recurring-service process before future services are generated or treated as authorised.

3

3. Pricing and approval

Prices are in Australian dollars. The displayed consumer total must include GST where applicable and unavoidable charges. The advertised starting price is for a small maintained residential lawn; larger lawns, lawn condition, access requirements and additional work can change the quote. ADM may use an automated quoting process based on property and service information supplied by the customer. A revised charge is not authorised merely because platform settings change. Additional work or a higher total must be explained and accepted before that additional work is carried out.

4

4. Booking, scheduling and local contractor allocation

ADM may route an accepted booking to the contractor allocated to the service suburb, subject to current contractor eligibility, capacity, leave, compliance status and availability. A requested date or time is a preference until confirmed. ADM may propose an available appointment time and the customer may confirm it or request a change. Weather, safety, access, contractor capacity or other operational issues may require rescheduling. ADM will communicate material changes and discuss suitable alternatives. Statutory cancellation and refund rights are not removed by a rescheduling policy.

5

5. Payments and disputed amounts

Payment is due after the agreed service is completed unless another lawful payment arrangement has been expressly agreed. Available methods may include secure online card payment or an agreed direct method with the contractor. Any permitted card surcharge must be disclosed before payment, must not exceed the applicable cost of acceptance, and must comply with applicable payment-scheme rules. Online payment is recorded only after verified payment confirmation. Contact ADM if a payment is missing or a charge is disputed. Payment reminders do not authorise a new charge. Payment and conditional discounts: any referral discount shown for a service is conditional on the undisputed balance being paid within 7 days of the service date. If the undisputed balance remains outstanding after 7 days, the referral discount will be withdrawn and the previously disclosed full service price becomes payable. This does not apply while a genuine payment dispute or service complaint is being reviewed, and does not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Optional Family Tree referral program

Participation in the ADM Family Tree referral program is voluntary and separate from buying mowing. You do not have to refer anyone to request a quote, book mowing or remain an ADM customer. After submitting an ADM mowing request, a customer may be shown general information about the optional Family Tree program. This information is presented only after the request has been submitted and does not change the mowing request or quote. For a first request that is still awaiting final service acceptance, ADM does not present the active introduction link or dollar reward examples as an inducement to accept the service. Once the customer is an existing ADM customer through an accepted service, ADM may make the personal ADM introduction link/code and illustrative reward examples available. Where final quote acceptance is required, the mowing request remains request-only until the customer later reviews and accepts the final supplier, work, price and applicable terms. The link or code is not a discount code for the person receiving it: it does not reduce that person's mowing price, change their quote or promise them a benefit for booking. Their price is determined from their own lawn and service requirements. The link simply records who introduced a new customer to ADM. No reward is earned merely because a link is shared or used, or because a person registers, joins ADM or recruits another person. Under the current structure, the original customer is the Shoot and there are up to nine rewarded referral generations. The direct referral level begins at 5% of the eligible mowing base price and the percentage halves at each later rewarded generation. At the current nine configured rates (5%, 2.5%, 1.25%, 0.625%, 0.3125%, 0.15625%, 0.078125%, 0.0390625% and 0.01953125%), their exact unrounded aggregate is 9.98046875% of one eligible source mowing base value. For illustration only, 9.98046875% of an $88 eligible mowing base is $8.7828125 before individual customer-credit rounding. Because individual credits are recorded to cents and may also be affected by eligibility, service-value limits, opt-outs and reversals, the stored aggregate can differ by cents. This mathematical aggregate is not a promise of savings, a profit guarantee or a statement of legal approval. Referral amounts are calculated from eligible service activity. A referral amount calculated when the source service is completed remains pending until that mowing service is fully paid; only then can an ordinary participating customer's reward become qualified. A customer may opt out of future referral rewards and referral-promotional messages and may later change that preference. Opting out does not cancel their mowing service, erase historical referral relationships or remove a valid reward that had already qualified before the opt-out. If a customer is opted out when a new referral level value is generated, or opts out before a pending reward qualifies, that level is preserved and does not compress or pass its percentage to another customer. Once the source mowing service is fully paid, the otherwise-applicable referral credit for that opted-out level is retained by ADM rather than becoming a customer reward. That retained value is not an additional charge to the referred customer. Customer rewards are non-cash service discounts applied under the applicable service-interval and service-value rules. They are not shares, investment returns, wages or cash commissions and do not form an accumulating cash wallet. Deeper-generation rewards arise from actual eligible paid mowing services, not recruitment alone. A longer customer relationship or a growing Family Tree may provide more opportunity to receive future service discounts, but ADM does not promise free mowing, lifetime savings, a minimum discount, income or any guaranteed financial outcome. Referral eligibility, promotional wording and the program structure remain subject to applicable law and legal review. Nothing in these terms retrospectively removes a valid accrued entitlement.

7. Safe access and additional charges

Please provide accurate property information, safe access and details of hazards or pets. Where access or conditions differ from those described, the contractor should contact you before doing additional chargeable work. An undisclosed call-out or cancellation fee will not be imposed. Any proposed fee must be explained, agreed where required, and lawful and reasonable in the circumstances.

8

8. The supplier and ADM responsibilities

Mowing may be provided by an independently operated contractor identified for the booking. ADM remains responsible for its own services, representations and obligations under applicable law. Describing a contractor as independent does not determine legal employment status or exclude anyone's statutory obligations. You may contact ADM about a booking or complaint; these terms do not require you to give up a claim against a responsible supplier.

9

9. Cancellations, pauses and recurring services

Use the Customer Portal or contact ADM promptly to request cancellation, rescheduling, a skip or a pause where those options are available. If a recurring-service arrangement is later activated, the customer may request changes to future service frequency, including moving between weekly, every-2-week, monthly or other supported frequencies. Any agreed notice period or fee must have been disclosed and must not override statutory rights. No new cancellation fee can be applied retrospectively by changing the website or platform settings.

10

10. Australian Consumer Law rights

Services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, including due care and skill and applicable fitness-for-purpose and reasonable-time guarantees. The remedy depends on the circumstances and whether the failure is major or minor. Rights can include rectification, cancellation, a refund or price reduction and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. We do not impose a universal 51% refund cap, restrict all remedies to resupply, or require a minimum number of photographs before receiving a complaint. Reasonable evidence may be requested to assess the issue. Internal refund-processing limits do not limit statutory remedies.

11

11. Complaints and remedies

Tell us your booking reference, the issue and the outcome you seek through the Customer Portal or hello@aussie-discount-mowing.com.au. Photographs are useful when available but are optional for lodging a complaint. A complaint is not an automatic approval or payment of a refund. ADM will assess it fairly and communicate the outcome. A payment recorded as disputed will be reviewed rather than subjected to automated collection reminders while the relevant complaint remains open. You retain the right to seek independent advice or assistance from NSW Fair Trading or the relevant state or territory consumer agency and to pursue available tribunal or court remedies.

12

12. Changes and existing rights

This version is dated 15 September 2026. Material changes will be explained before they apply to a new agreement or where consent is required; continued use alone is not treated as blanket consent to new fees or loss of existing rights. Existing agreed prices, valid accrued benefits and statutory rights are not retrospectively rewritten. Mandatory law prevails over these terms, operational manuals and platform settings.
