2. Information we collect
We collect personal information that you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and service address when you book a mow or create an account. We may also collect payment details to process transactions securely through our payment provider.
3. Website analytics
We use first-party website analytics to understand how the ADM website is found and used. The analytics log uses random pseudonymous browser and session identifiers and may record the page viewed, referral hostname, campaign tags, device category, booking/contact actions and coarse engagement events (at least 15 seconds on a visible page plus a click, key press or meaningful scroll). We aggregate these signals to distinguish engaged sessions from unverified page loads and flag unusual bursts for review; this does not identify bots, people or VPNs with certainty. We detect the presence of Google Ads click tags without saving their identifier values. We do not store IP addresses, browser fingerprints, names, email addresses, phone numbers or service addresses in the website analytics log. A random browser identifier may be stored locally to recognise repeat browsers; it is not proof of a unique person.
4. How we use your information
We use your personal information to: provide and manage lawn mowing services; process payments and issue receipts; match you with local contractors; communicate with you about bookings; administer our referral rewards program; and improve our services. We do not use your information for direct marketing without your consent.
5. Sharing of information
We share your information only with the contractor assigned to your booking (name, address, and contact details necessary to perform the service) and with trusted service providers such as payment processors, under strict confidentiality obligations. We never sell your personal information.
6. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. Payment information is handled by our secure payment provider and is not stored on our servers.
7. Access and correction
